What are the delivery options?

All orders are shipped using USPS priority flat rate small box and generally ship within 1 -2 days of your purchase unless you have requested a custom order. Unless specified otherwise, your order will be sent to your Etsy address – if you would like the item mailing to friend or alternative address, please let us know in the “Note to Merchant” section. If you need to get your items faster, or require a different shipping method, please contact us. If you are ordering any bath melts or lip balms as part of your order, please note that they may sometimes melt in hot weather or during transit. When you unwrap them, just pop them in the refrigerator and it will set back to its original consistency. International Customers: We would be happy to ship internationally! Please contact us before placing your order so we can get you a quote for shipping. Please note, you are responsible for any import duty/customs fees. International orders might take more than two weeks to arrive and do not have tracking numbers unless insurance is requested and purchased at an additional cost.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our bath products and soaps we are not able to offer returns on these items unless they are still in their original, unopened packaging, but we would be happy to work with you to resolve things so everyone is happy. Clearance or Sale items will not be refunded or returned unless faulty (unless sold “as is” and clearly marked in the description). For all our other items we are happy to accept returns provided we receive the request for a refund or return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return/refund. Once the request is authorized, please return the item within 30 days in its original condition. Once the item is returned, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns MUST be shipped with delivery confirmation. We do not accept returns for "change of mind". Any items returned unopened, marked "undeliverable" or "RTS" (return to sender) will be refunded to your original payment method less the shipping fee.

What are the payment options?

Our preferred payment method is through Paypal, however we do accept all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards. As soon as your payment clears, your shipment will be on its way. If you make a mistake with your order, please contact us straightaway to arrange a cancellation. Sales tax at the current rate is charged for all orders in Virginia

If you are visiting us at a farmers market then we accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple/Google Pay, personal checks and of course, cash.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, we don't have gift cards right now but if you are shopping on Etsy we can accept their gift cards.

Can I request a custom order?

We would be happy to create a custom order for you! Whether you are looking for wedding/party favors, bath products in a specific fragrance or a scarf in that “just so” color, we can help! In general, custom orders take 6-8 weeks to complete, although it really depends on the size of the order! Contact us to discuss your ideas and get pricing / timescale and other details.

Are your items hypoallergenic?

Our scarves and other knitted items are generally acrylic rather than pure wool unless otherwise specified.

Soap and bath products have their ingredients carefully listed, if you have any nut allergies please check the ingredients carefully as we use sweet almond oil, coconut oil and other nut oils in our recipes.

Our products are made with the highest-quality ingredients but if you have especially sensitive skin we would recommend you carry out a patch test before first use. In the event any kind of irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Our products sometimes resemble food items but they are designed for external use only and should not be eaten. Please keep items of this nature out of reach of small children and animals.
